• Ballard SeafoodFest
One of the Northwest’s favorite Seafair events, this annual neighborhood festival celebrates everything Ballard and is enjoyed by over 60,000 attendees. Since the early 90’s, Payneless has provided Entertainment Booking and Production, PR and Marketing, Media Sponsorship Procurement, Onsite Management, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Contest Creation and Coordination, Signage Coordination, and acts as an all-round Problem Solver.

• Washington Women in Trades
For over 30 years Washington Women in Trades has produced a Spring Career Fair at Seatte Center's Fisher Pavilion. This event, which hosts over 80 exhibitors, is designed to educate, celebrate and inspire women in and toward non-traditional careers. In 2007, this all volunteer organization added a second major event, an awards celebration in the fall, the Dream Big Dinner. Payneless acts as an Executive Director to this fine group and provides Event Planning and Logistics, PR & Marketing, Graphic Design, Project Management, Volunteer Coordination, Sponsor Procurement, Grant-writing and Onsite Management.

Past Projects

• King County Construction Career Days
Held in at the Enumclaw Fairgrounds in October 2008, this two-day event focussed on inspiring Washington State high school students toward living wage careers in the Construction Trades. It offered hands on experience with heavy equipment, informational exhibits, guest speakers and more! Payneless provided Project Management, Event Planning and Logistics, Volunteer Coordination, PR, Marketing and Onsite Management.

• What’s Cookin’ in Wallingford
A relaxed late summer food festival held along 45th Street in the Wallingford Neighborhood. This well loved community event celebrated and promoted the special character of the many independently owned and operated restaurants in Wallingford. Payneless provided Project Management, Event Planning and Logistics, Volunteer Coordination, PR, Marketing and Onsite Management.

• ROCKRGRL Women’s Music Conference 2005
ROCKRGRL Music Conference 2005 promoted, encouraged and celebrated women’s achievements in the music industry. It featured two nights of music showcases, a special Woman of Valor award dinner, two full days of panels, workshops and an artist-friendly trade show. Payneless managed production for all music showcases. Two days, scores of volunteers, 18 venues from Fremont to West Seattle, 5 bands per night (most from out of town, some even international). Successful completion of this project proved that ANYTHING is possible.
